G brought the recording home and transfered the recorded key word "moonshine" to his PC. There he encoded it with a heavy compression with a bit rate of about 3500 bits per second. The result was a file of about 3300 bits in size, or about 400 bytes. He then transformed all the bits to a sequence of about 1000 decimal digits and memorized them in his mind.

When he again came to the vault room he entered the digits on the PC, made a simple program that again transforms them to the original sequence of bits, i.e. the compressed sound file. He then played it in the loudspeaker, the vault opened, and he could take the money and leave.
